SEER Center Journal Club Meeting
Our monthly Journal Club will continue with a discussion of the 2006 article by Suddaby titled What Grounded Theory Is Not. It spins off last month’s discussion, by providing insight on grounded theory in qualitative research. Beyond explaining that grounded theory is not content analysis, the author discusses additional misconceptions.
Also, bring any ideas for literature you’d like to discuss at our final meeting of the semester, which will be on April 21.
All are welcome to attend!
Also, for a good example of grounded theory applied to research on management, see the 1990 work of Isabella titled Evolving Interpretations as a Change Unfolds: How Managers Construe Key Organizational Events.
